Cancellation policy
- Up to 48 hours before the start of the activity: 50% refund
- Less than 48 hours before the start of the activity or in the event of a no-show: No refund
- If your flight is delayed, you have food poisoning, or you become sick and are unable to attend the tour, we will reschedule your start date (depending on our availability) with an additional charge of 50% of the total tour cost.
Child Policy
- Children under 4 years old: Free of charge
- Children under 12 years old: 75% of the adult fare

Expand allPick up and transfer
Our vehicle and local guide will pick you up at your hotel and transfer you to the Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park. (Start time: 8:00 AM from Dong Hoi City OR 9:00 AM from Phong Nha Town)
Explore Paradise Cave
Take an electric buggy from the parking lot to the foot of the mountain. From there, enjoy a 600m uphill walk to the entrance of Paradise Cave. You will explore the first kilometer of the cave, marveling at stalactites and stalagmites that have formed over millions of years.
Lunch and Relaxation
Return via the electric buggy. Take a break and enjoy a delicious lunch featuring local specialties at a nearby homestay or restaurant before heading to the next destination.
Discover Phong Nha Cave
Experience a scenic 20-minute Dragon boat ride along the Son River to reach the entrance of Phong Nha Cave. Once inside, you will be amazed by the spectacular underground river system and majestic limestone formations.
End of Tour and Drop-off
The boat will return to the dock. Our van will then transfer you back to your hotel. The tour concludes at approximately 5:30 PM.
