Cancellation policy

  • Up to 48 hours before the start of the activity: 50% refund
  • Less than 48 hours before the start of the activity or in the event of a no-show: No refund 
  • If your flight is delayed, you have food poisoning, or you become sick and are unable to attend the tour, we will reschedule your start date (depending on our availability) with an additional charge of 50% of the total tour cost.

Child Policy

  • Children under 12 years old: 75% of the adult fare

Cooking Time

Wash your hands and let the fun begin! Our chef will go over the cooking programs with detailed guidance on marinating, cooking and decorating. Enjoy the meal you have cooked.

Is this cooking class suitable for children?

Yes, absolutely! Our tour is 100% kids and family-friendly. Children under 4 years old join for free, and children under 12 years old are charged only 50% of the adult fare.

I am a vegetarian/vegan or have food allergies. Can you accommodate my diet?

Yes, we warmly accommodate guests with strict dietary requirements. Please let us know your restrictions when booking so our chef can prepare suitable ingredients for you.

Does this tour include a visit to the local wet market?

No, we intentionally skip the wet markets. We want to ensure you stay comfortable and avoid getting sweaty or inhaling strong smells of raw meat and fish before cooking, which might affect your appetite. Our chef prepares all fresh ingredients in advance!

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

If you cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the activity, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start, or in the event of a no-show, are non-refundable.

What if I get sick or my flight is delayed?

If you experience a flight delay, food poisoning, or become ill, we will do our best to reschedule your tour date (subject to availability). Please note that rescheduling in these cases incurs an additional charge of 50% of the total tour cost.
