Cancellation policy
- Up to 48 hours before the start of the activity: 50% refund
- Less than 48 hours before the start of the activity or in the event of a no-show: No refund
- If your flight is delayed, you have food poisoning, or you become sick and are unable to attend the tour, we will reschedule your start date (depending on our availability) with an additional charge of 50% of the total tour cost.
Child Policy
- Children under 4 years old: Free of charge
- Children under 12 years old: 75% of the adult fare

What should I bring for the trip?
We recommend bringing bug spray, sunscreen, hats, swimsuits, comfortable clothes to wear on board, good hiking shoes, and cash. If you need special medicine, please bring it along. Please note: No plastic bottles are allowed on the cruise.
What is the policy for children?
Under 3 years old: Free of charge (Expenses paid by parents). Note: Only one child under 4 is permitted per booking for two adults. Additional children under 4 will be charged 75% of the adult rate.
-4-7 years old: 75% of the adult rate.
-8 years old and above: 100% of the adult rate.

What forms of payment are accepted on the cruise?
The cruise accepts cash in USD and VND. For USD, only new and clean banknotes issued from 2006 onwards are accepted (no red/dirty marks). Credit card payments are accepted but subject to a 3% extra fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 1-3 days before actual arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking value. Cancellations within 24 hours before actual arrival or no-shows will be charged at 100% of the total booking value.
Is hotel pick-up included?
Yes, hotel pick-up and drop-off are fully included, provided your hotel or meeting point is located within Hanoi's city center. Pick-up time is between 8:15 AM and 9:00 AM.
