Cancellation policy
- Up to 48 hours before the start of the activity: 50% refund
- Less than 48 hours before the start of the activity or in the event of a no-show: No refund
- If your flight is delayed, you have food poisoning, or you become sick and are unable to attend the tour, we will reschedule your start date (depending on our availability) with an additional charge of 50% of the total tour cost.

Start your day with a convenient pickup from your hotel in an air-conditioned van by your local guide. (8:00 AM: Dong Hoi City pickups | 9:00 AM: Phong Nha town pickups). Sit back and relax as we transfer you to the stunning Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park.
Stop 1: The Majestic Paradise Cave
Your first adventure begins at Paradise Cave. You'll take a two-way electric buggy from the parking area to the foothills. From there, enjoy a 600-meter uphill hike surrounded by fresh air and lush greenery. Before entering, your guide will provide a safety briefing and share the fascinating history of the cave's discovery. Once inside, you'll explore the first kilometer of this colossal dry cave, marveling at the countless, impressive stalactites and stalagmites formed over millions of years.
Lunch Break
After descending from Paradise Cave, take the buggy back to the van and head to a local spot to recharge with a delicious, home-cooked Vietnamese meal featuring local specialties.
Stop 2: Chay River & Dark Cave
After a safety briefing, the afternoon fun begins! Hop into a kayak and paddle along the turquoise-blue waters of the Chay River. Next, prepare to get muddy! You'll be equipped with safety helmets and flashlights to venture into the pitch-black Dark Cave. Wades through the darkness until you reach the natural, mineral-rich mud baths. Afterward, enjoy a refreshing swim across the underground lake. Finally, get your adrenaline pumping with our modern zipline system and aerial trapeze wires stretching across the river before drying off and heading back to your hotel.
