Cancellation policy

  • Up to 48 hours before the start of the activity: 50% refund
  • Less than 48 hours before the start of the activity or in the event of a no-show: No refund 
  • If your flight is delayed, you have food poisoning, or you become sick and are unable to attend the tour, we will reschedule your start date (depending on our availability) with an additional charge of 50% of the total tour cost.

Meet & Greet & Local Market Tour

Your guide will pick you up, and we’ll start by weaving through a traditional Saigon market. Here, you will learn how locals bargain, handpick the freshest herbs, meat, and seafood, and explore the rich world of Vietnamese spices.

Arrive at the Kitchen & Preparation

Head to our clean, airy, and welcoming cooking class space. Enjoy a refreshing lemongrass kumquat welcome drink. Put on your apron and listen to the chef’s briefing on safety and kitchen hygiene rules.

First Dish - GỎI CUỐN (Fresh Spring Rolls)

Start gently with the art of making Fresh Spring Rolls. You will learn how to soften the rice paper and beautifully layer shrimp, pork, rice vermicelli, and fresh herbs. Most importantly, you will make the "divine" sweet and sour dipping sauce from scratch!

Second Dish - BÁNH XÈO (Vietnamese Sizzling Pancakes)

Get your cameras ready for the fiery pancake pouring! You will pour the batter and swirl the pan to create a golden, crispy Bánh Xèo packed with a generous filling of shrimp and pork.

Main Course - PHỞ or BÚN CHẢ

Depending on the daily menu, you will be guided through the secrets of cooking a sweet, clear broth for traditional Pho, or how to marinate grilled meat with rich lemongrass and garlic flavors for Bun Cha.

Enjoy & Mingle

The best part has arrived! Everyone gathers around the dining table to savor the culinary masterpieces you just created. This is a great opportunity to chat, exchange cultures, and make unforgettable memories. At the end, the chef will gift you a recipe booklet so you can recreate the dishes at home.

I don't know how to cook, can I still join this class?

Absolutely! Our class is designed for everyone, from complete beginners who have never stepped into a kitchen to passionate foodies. The chef will guide you step-by-step with great care.

What if I am vegetarian or have special dietary

We enthusiastically support guests with strict dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, peanut allergy, gluten-free, etc.). Please inform us when booking so our kitchen can prepare the appropriate ingredients for you.

Can children join the cooking class, and what is the fee?

Yes, definitely! This is a wonderful family experience. Children under 4 years old are free of charge (they can observe and eat with their parents but won't have a separate cooking station). Children from 4 to under 12 years old are charged 75% of the adult ticket price.

Does the class include hotel pick-up and drop-off?

Yes, we provide free pick-up and drop-off for hotels located in District 1 and District 3. If you are staying in other areas, there will be a small surcharge of 50,000 VND (approx. $2 USD) to cover the extra distance.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your tour up to 48 hours before the start time, we will refund 50% of the cost. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable. However, in cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., delayed flights, food poisoning, sickness), we can reschedule your booking (subject to availability) with a 50% surcharge of the total tour cost.
