- Up to 48 hours before the start of the activity: 50% refund
- Less than 48 hours before the start of the activity or in the event of a no-show: No refund
- If your flight is delayed, you have food poisoning, or you become sick and are unable to attend the tour, we will reschedule your start date (depending on our availability) with an additional charge of 50% of the total tour cost.
Child Policy
- Children under 4 years old: Free of charge
- Children under 12 years old: 75% of the adult fare

Is this tour suitable for children?
Yes, our Hanoi Food Tour is 100% family-friendly. We also offer special pricing for children: kids under 4 years old join for free, and children under 12 years old pay only 50% of the adult price.
What is your cancellation policy?
if you cancel your tour at least 48 hours in advance, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time or no-shows are non-refundable.
Can I reschedule my tour if my flight is delayed or if I get sick?
In special circumstances such as flight delays, sudden illness, or food poisoning, we allow you to reschedule your tour date (subject to availability). Please note that a surcharge of 50% of the total tour value will apply.
Are there any hidden costs during the tour?
No, we say "no" to tourist traps and hidden costs. All the food mentioned in the itinerary, the egg coffee demonstration, and one bottle of mineral water per person are fully included. However, please note that personal travel insurance, tips for your lovely tour guide, and any extra food or drinks outside the planned menu are not included.

Our English-speaking guide will pick you up directly at your hotel lobby if you are staying within the Hanoi Old Quarter. If you are staying outside this area, we will provide you with a designated meeting point in the Old Quarter.
