  • Less than 48 hours before the start of the activity or in the event of a no-show: No refund 
  • If your flight is delayed, you have food poisoning, or you become sick and are unable to attend the tour, we will reschedule your start date (depending on our availability) with an additional charge of 50% of the total tour cost.

Yes, our tour is 100% family-friendly! Children under 4 years old join for free, and children from 4 to under 12 years old pay only 50% of the adult fare.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

You can cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the activity for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start or no-shows are non-refundable. If you have an emergency (flight delay, sickness), we can reschedule your start date for an additional charge of 50% of the total tour cost, subject to availability.

Will we be walking a lot during the tour?

Yes, during the 4-hour tour, you will be walking most of the time to explore the ancient town, hidden alleys, and local markets. We highly recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes.

Are the street food venues always the same every day?

This tour visits independent, family-owned businesses. Their operating schedules and menus are subject to change depending on the weather and local holidays. As a result, street food venues and local dishes may vary, but your local guide will always ensure you get the best and most authentic experience!
